HB 541

We live in the United States where the people are said to have equal rights. HB 541 is more important than you can imagine. President Bush believes he can violate the Const. Judges, Lawyers and NH governor Lynch believe they can violate the Constitution also. Lawyers have put together a monopoly of power to control the people. Very few people are able to perceive the consequences. The (Bar Assoc.) has slowly created this imbalance of power.

Everybody, Politicians, Court officials, State Police, the every day people believe following the rules is the right thing. When one party (The Bar Assoc.) makes laws and rules to give themselves the power to violate the Constitution, we the little people are in trouble. If they do it slow enough hopefully no one will see it. Isn’t that the theory behind Communism?

Look what the Colebrook NH government did to Carle Drega. Look what the Madbury government did to the Bushong family. Hell it is happening in every town across the United States. Some government officials using the power of their position to crush the little people. We the people expect to be protected by the courts. Judges believe they are above the law and make rulings to protect friends of the court. Judges are protected by rules and laws the (Bar Assoc.) has created. Judges rule these laws and rules (the Bar Assoc. has created) legal to give themselves more power.

They took my freedom for 6 months. Fined me. Made me pay outrageous legal expenses. Stopped my Veterans Medical benefits. Found me guilty of writing governor Benson to ask why he told the VA that I was a "Terrorist". Put me on two years probation and much more torture. Why? Because Judges, lawyers, and government officials wanted to scare me into stopping my volunteer actions to help a Madbury NH family expose corrupt government and court actions to hurt the people. Judges were and are committing Constitutional crimes to give themselves more power. Other judges rule this is legal to protect these criminal judges. Hell I put it in writing and the newspapers refuse to print it.

The news believe someone like me is guilty so they only print what the judges say. They claim what I am saying is libelous. What ever happen to freedom of the press and unbiased reporting. I served my country while most of these judges and government officials and reporters were living the good life in college. We the little people pay so these few can develop their power. HB-541 is the most important bill for our NH future. But the newspapers are hiding it. If NH and the United States is to survive as our forefathers intended, we need more bills like HB-541. Keep America strong tell every one about HB-541.

We the people must stop the legal profession from giving themselves more power. Let us work for the people of the United States equally.
