200 dollars for coffee I just donated $200.00 to help the
Portsmouth Little league. More important I paid to talk with our
governor. It is a sad day in hell when a citizen has to pay to
get his governors attention. I want the governor and people to
know what I will talk about. The People’s rights. I, if
possible want the news reporters there. I will talk about how the
Madbury NH selectmen used their political positions to seek
personal revenge on Madbury residents. I will speak about how
Judge Peter Fauver found me guilty of a crime with no evidence,
witnesses, or trial. I was never charged. I got over a $20,000.00
fine. Fauver allowed discrimination to intentionally harm
citizens. Fauver allowed 29 or more Constitutional crimes to harm
the people. Judge James O’Neill heard all the facts and
stated in open court “These are serous charges” then
ruled that Fauver’s ruling was constitutional to protect a
brother judge. The NHSC ruled the case “Moot” to
protect the legal society. The Federal courts ruled judges have
immunity. The NH State Police told me to stop helping this
family. I did not stop so they arrested me as a Terrorist. I lost
my freedom for 6 months before the charges were dropped. Then
Benson informs the Veterans hospital that I am a terrorist to get
my VA medical benefits stopped. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine.
If NH can not shut me up by taken my freedom they will destroy my
health. I write the governor to ask why and I am jailed again. I
get fined and two years probation. I have asked Lynch these
questions when I shook his hand several times. I asked Lynch on
WTSN open mike. I get the same answer. “This is the first I
heard of this. I will write your name down and get back to
you”. He never does. These facts are documented in court and
public records. I have written many times to the governor,
newspapers and everyone else. The news can claim they do not
report the facts because of libel reason. This is a lie. I may be
a disabled nobody but I will not let even one family be harmed by
the NH government. The NH courts and government have gone out of
their way to protect a few while destroying others. The law
protects us all equally. I am running for NH executive council
not because I want the job. I am running because we need someone
in Concord that will stand up for the people. This is what I will
tell Governor Lynch before I ask him to do his job. Peter
