On Wed. I have a meeting with Scott Spardling of the WMUR news 9 team. I will tell him why I am running for Executive Council. The people have a right to know the truth. I am a declared terrorist by the NH courts and government. I refused to stop volunteer helping a Madbury NH family expose that the Madbury NH selectmen were using their government powers to seek personal revenge on local residents. Judge Fauver allowed or committed 29 crimes against our Constitution. Judge O’Neill heard all the charges and stated in court “These are serous charges” then ruled Fauver’s crimes Constitutional to protect a brother judge. I appealed the case to the NHSC and they ruled the case “Moot” to protect the legal profession. The Federal courts ruled that judges have immunity. The NH state police come to my house to order me to stop volunteer helping this Madbury Family. I did not stop so the NH declared me a terrorist and I lost my freedom for 6 months. I get out of jail and continue so the NH governor informs the Veterans Hospital that I am a terrorist to get my VA medical stopped. I am 100% disabled form my tour in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict. I am put back in jail because I wrote our governor to ask why? I get fined and two years probation. The Union Leader refuses to print the truth because “it may harm people with good reputation”. I believe even this one Madbury NH family deserves equal protection from our Constitution. As long a the news businesses in NH censor the truth we the people are dammed. I paid $200.00 to have coffee with the governor next week. I have already, but will again tell the governor these facts. NH has knowingly allowed corrupt judges and government officials to destroy this Madbury family and my family. It is our jobs as America citizens to stop abusive government acts. Channel 9 and the NH newspapers censoring the truth hurts every one of us. I gave my life to the United States as a United States Marine during the Vietnam Conflict. Now NH has taken my freedom. I will fight for less taxes and less government crimes against the every person equally. This news will be censored but it does not take brains to be a Marine just the determination to fight for the United States of America at all cost. My country comes first.
