Subject: An Open Letter in Support of Motion to Censure
Senator Feingold,
I applaud your courage for creating the opportunity in the Senate to debate the actions of this administration in re: illegal wiretapping. My family and I have already filed a FOIA request with the USDOJ along with a "Right to Know" Request with the Governor of NH on this very issue. We have proof that we have been wiretapped and we have requested whether the wiretaps were authorized or not. For many years we have been the targets of a hostile takeover of our properties in New Hampshire to include a valuable spring property estimated to be worth in the tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars in the hands of certain multinational companies affiliated with the Carlyle Group. Known mobsters have been sent to harm us and our properties. Its a long story but a portion of the civil matter can be viewed on www.nhjustice.net.
This case stems from my complaint against former Speaker of the House Gene Chandler and his pay to play pals to include Robin Arkley II. Within three days of my testimony, Arkley's surrogate company SN Servicing as agent for Ingomar LP filed a Decree for Foreclosure on the last property my family owns in NH. It appears that he bought a judge and now the case is in front of the NHSC. I have filed an appeal.
I filed a Hobbs Act violation complaint against those whom I have proof sabotaged my family's businesses. The US DOJ has yet to act. I began filing complaints back in 1989 before I realized that one of the criminals about whom I was complaining was Whitey Bulger. In my case he did not kill me he only warned me that other's would not stop. We now know that those other's are VIP with US Government connections.
Please don't stop speaking out. There are other's in my class of targets who are out here in the cold. We have no voice and we have been under physical attack. In my case my birth identity was eliminated from the Federal records. My father was a pilot for the Panama Canal Company and I was born in Panama. It took Colin Powell to find my original birth information. Since then my SS# has been used illegally by others. There have been two unsuccessful physical attacks upon my life in the last two years and my mother, who died in March 2001 of foul play, has had her body disappear while in custody of NH ME. The last person in the NH ME's Office to have information about her has been indicted in a kickback scheme for other disappearing bodies.
As I said my family is not alone, and if it happened to us, then it can happen to anyone. We are still waiting to hear about the wiretapping of our phones and e-mails. We are not terrorist, we weren't even a Democrat.
