RE: ‘Right to Know’ request in re: warrant less wiretaps
on phone # 603-279-6425
Dear Mr. Slattery,
I am in receipt of your letter dated April 5, 2006 and mailed April 10, 2006 in response to my numerous letters written in accordance with New Hampshire’s ‘Right to Know’ Law.
I expect that the Governor is a very busy man and I am assuming that you are the contact person with whom I should deal with going forward. If this is not the case, please call me at #279-6425.
I have noted in your letter to me that you have miss stated the telephone number in question. In your April 5, 2006 letter you have noted #271-6425. I would like to correct this error at this time. Additionally, I am enclosing my letter to the US DOJ in re: wiretapping of this number. As you will note, there are other New Hampshire citizens involved, not merely Jean E. Allan. In fact, the phone number in question is not listed in the name of Jean E.Allan. Initially it was listed in the name of Agnes S. Allan, until her homicide in March 2001. Then my son, Kurt William Vorisek listed the phone located at the above address, and it has been listed in his name since that time. Kurt W.Vorisek is a New Hampshire citizen currently living and working in Asia.
You have suggested that I refer our inquiries to the "New Hampshire Department of Justice if you have further questions regarding wiretap information. The address is Department of Justice, 33 Capitol Street, NH 03301". At this time, I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you have not read the voluminous file with respect to the travails of my family that involve the New Hampshire Department of Justice as the problem, not the solution. I have been sharing my concerns about the New Hampshire Department of Justice with the Governor, since his election. If you cannot locate my correspondence, please let me know and I will resend the documents.
I began to correspond with the Governor’s Office due to the serious complaints that I have with the New Hampshire Department of Justice, which essentially began in 1989 and involved a person whom we now believe to be Whitey Bulger. The complaints escalated, in 1997, after the contamination of the High Birches Springs located in North Woodstock, New Hampshire. The evidence is beyond a reasonable doubt, New Hampshire Department of Justice aided and abetted the theft of the High Birches Springs; at that time the officer in charge was Geoffrey Ransom.
The most egregious criminal act committed by the New Hampshire Department of Justice involves the homicide and the cover-up of the death of Agnes S. Allan, my mother. I have already written a ‘Right to Know’ request under 91-A to the New Hampshire Department of Justice in the matter of Agnes S. Allan, only to find that material documents in the files have gone missing.
So forgive me if I do not share your confidence that the files of the warrant less wiretaps that we know should exist will be turned over voluntarily by the New Hampshire Department of Justice. We have information from the Litchfield police, who retrieved a copy of the tape that was proof of the wiretap, that a person named Ann Rice was some how involved in the alleged illegal wiretapping. I wrote several letters to Ms. Rice, but never received a response.
The enclosed Freedom of Information Act to the Criminal Fraud Division of the United States Government Department of Justice was for the purpose of finding out whether New Hampshire Department of Justice turned over the file to them. It is my understanding that wiretapping is a Federal offense. That process of discovery is on going.
As you must already be aware, after reading our voluminous communications lodged with Governor Lynch, we have repeatedly requested an independent counsel to be appointed to investigate all the related matters that have befallen my family under the ‘color of law’ aegis. I have noted in the news that there is a reported nexus between the New Hampshire phone jamming case, Jack Abramoff, and the White House. We have found a similar nexus in Robin Arkley II and his predecessors in interest who are now attempting to foreclose on our last asset in New Hampshire.
I am looking forward to hearing another suggestion from the Office of the Governor. A referral at this time to the New Hampshire Department of Justice is not an option. I am hopeful that the offer will be to appoint an independent counsel, or refer our matter to the Federal authorities. It would be the right thing to do in this very complex and serious matter involving New Hampshire citizens’ Constitutional Rights.
Sincerely,
Jean E. Allan individually and with power of attorney for [Kurt W. Vorisek, Fritz E. Vorisek]
